About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager is a critical role responsible for maintaining and implementing comprehensive advertising strategies that will drive top-of-funnel growth for Flow. The position encompasses a broad scope of marketing activities including digital advertising, ILS channel management, SEO, email and guerilla marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing and other senior leaders to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Helping to develop, implement and manage Flow's digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and drive online engagement
  • Assist with top of the funnel in each one of the business initiatives
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across our properties and business products
  • Conduct keyword research, social listening, analysis/insights/recommendations
  • Improve current paid search campaigns and develop new ones as needed
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Optimize the performance of Internet Listing Services (ILS) to increase quality leads and conversions
  • Monitor metrics and ensure the proper implementation of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, providing insights on performance and optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years managing email and paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong expertise in digital advertising, SEO, and performance analytics
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative marketing opportunities

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, and/or magazine subscriptions is a plus
  • Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is a plus
