About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at DigiCert is a hands-on, results-driven role focused on optimizing and managing digital marketing investments across various paid media channels. This position requires a strong background in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and campaign management, with an emphasis on conversion rate optimization and revenue impact. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as global digital champion for planning, executing, and managing all paid digital marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies to optimize digital marketing programs.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Manage paid digital budget and media mix allocation to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Lead planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Use consumer insights to inform customer targeting and segmentation decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights into campaign performance and consumer dynamics.
  • Research and evaluate new processes, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Continuously test and optimize digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of digital/marketing experience.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics for demand generation using paid media.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing analytics and reporting systems (Salesforce, Eloqua, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and see work through to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
