About the position

Roto-Rooter, headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing. This role is pivotal in collaborating closely with the Director of Paid Media to generate insights, provide vision, and offer recommendations for lead generation channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and exceptional organizational skills, along with a proven track record of leveraging research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous enhancements in marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for actively collaborating with the Director to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies. This includes analyzing market trends and data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns. The role requires managing and executing multi-tactical paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, utilizing strong analytical and critical thinking skills to drive strategic decisions and process improvements. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Actively collaborate with the Director to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and execute multi-tactical paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to drive strategic decisions and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing performance media campaigns, particularly focused on Google paid search.
  • Google Adwords certification coupled with a strong understanding of PPC advertising principles.
  • Demonstrated success in utilizing research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proficient in analytics, data interpretation and critical problem-solving.
  • Experience in a media agency or digital/interactive agency environment is advantageous.
