About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Cybex is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media and display advertising. This role involves managing country-specific digital channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in consumer marketing and digital tools to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising and display ads.
  • Manage country-specific digital channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on go-to-market campaign plans for new products and promotions.
  • Build and maintain the US brand presence across multiple social media channels.
  • Create upper and mid-funnel campaigns across a diverse media portfolio including META, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Display, and Outdoor.
  • Manage marketing spend across various digital retail channels including Amazon and national retailers.
  • Collaborate closely with the global performance marketing team to align display campaigns with overall strategy.
  • Establish and drive test and learn processes to scale advertising budgets.
  • Understand and drive multi-touch analytics and reporting capabilities to measure LTV, CAC, and ROAS goals.
  • Partner with product and digital sales teams to optimize direct marketing funnels through A/B testing.
  • Work with the affiliate marketing manager to support PR and affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Manage third-party partners responsible for digital media buys and creative optimization.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and collaborate with management to improve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry or a marketing agency preferred.
  • Proven ability to shape customer acquisition and sales growth through paid and organic marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, CRM, and emerging growth tools.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and ROAS.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload according to changing business needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
