About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at TriNetX will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance product demand and online presence. This role involves leading tactical operations across various digital channels, optimizing marketing performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Build and maintain TriNetX's presence across multiple social media channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Implement and evolve lead scoring and methodology for marketing.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Manage marketing technology, including Pardot and Qualify, using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing technologies (Pardot, Qualify, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
