About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Insane Cyber is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation and demand for the company's cybersecurity products and services. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience, enhance brand visibility, and support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation and demand creation.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy, including writing content, working with internal teams to create content, and distributing on relevant channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with sales and services teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources across channels and tools to effectively maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and demand generation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
