About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Lumen is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on paid media campaigns. This role requires a strong ability to analyze quantitative data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. The position emphasizes collaboration across various teams to enhance campaign performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on campaign performance for digital programs including programmatic display advertising, paid social advertising, and paid search advertising.
• Collaborate with the lead generation team to build reporting that measures the impact of paid media on inbound calls, chats, and form fills, and how these influence revenue.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop standardized campaign tracking dashboards using Salesforce and/or Tableau.
• Communicate campaign performance results to internal stakeholders through presentations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Digital advertising certifications, internships, or college-level coursework.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organization, presentation, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
