About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Florida Solar and Air is responsible for leading the company's online marketing initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEM, social media management, and website optimization, contributing to the overall marketing goals of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and social media advertising (primarily Facebook).
  • Oversee the company's corporate website and landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.
  • Create engaging and informative content for social media campaigns, email marketing, and the company blog.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital and offline channels.
  • Review copy and design for marketing collateral, direct mail, and other marketing and sales related materials.
  • Identify and review new digital lead generation channels and/or partnerships to enhance lead generation and conversion rates across the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM, social media, and website optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Experience with direct marketing tactics, including email and SMS campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing copy.
  • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
