About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Three Oaks Hospitality will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing goals by developing and implementing a comprehensive web-based marketing strategy. This position involves managing the online database for all restaurant concepts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and coordinating various marketing initiatives to enhance the company's online presence and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and update the online database (Spothopper) for all restaurant concepts.
• Schedule and coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots for each restaurant annually.
• Maintain regular communication with General Managers to ensure digital marketing needs are met.
• Submit website edits to the Spothopper support representative and ensure active promotions are represented on the website.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
• Create and design email blasts to promote the company's brand and drive sales.
• Draft, implement, maintain, and revise online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue.
• Assist with budget preparation for the marketing department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in HTML and web design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• One to three years of related experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
