About the position

OTG is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital presence and social media strategies, supporting our airports and guest experiences. This role is responsible for managing content, paid ads, SEO support, community engagement, and internal communications across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage both internal and guest-facing marketing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to OTG's continued success, supporting our restaurant and guest experiences through innovative and strategic digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a full revamp of OTG's social media strategy.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with press, comms, and events.
  • Post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Oversee partnerships related to social media, such as Starbucks and Bubby's.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to coordinate influencer marketing strategies, visits, and content shoots.
  • Execute organic content for Instagram stories, LinkedIn, and Facebook for hiring events.
  • Run paid social ads for talent acquisition, setting goals, managing budgets, and optimizing performance.
  • Monthly and as-needed visits to NYNJ airports for photography and video capture.
  • Monitor and respond to social media feedback in coordination with internal teams.
  • Engage in guest outreach, collaborating with partners like PANYNJ, Fraport, and Delta.
  • Manage responses to Twitter feedback and ensure proper internal follow-up.
  • Provide corrective action reports and social media status reports to leadership.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews across all digital platforms.
  • Pull monthly ratings reports by airport and deliver to operators.
  • Manage guest inquiries from OTG's Formstack contact form, forwarding to appropriate departments.
  • Support Google account management and SEO optimization strategies.
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Lead email marketing initiatives in the future to enhance guest engagement.
  • Review and deploy internal communications for Inside OTG.
  • Oversee promotional and new hire announcements, as well as HR/organizational updates.
  • Manage the Inside OTG SharePoint page for internal communications, including SOPs and contact forms.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate communication of key updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid ads, and SEO.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to NYNJ airports for content creation.
