In this role, you will serve as a digital & demand generation specialist, taking ownership of the overall strategy and execution of webinars, content syndication, and other digital activations. Your primary goal will be to deepen engagement with potential customers, helping them understand their challenges, discover solutions, and realize the full potential of Cribl's products. As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering compelling digital experiences that drive customer satisfaction, impact the sales pipeline, and contribute to our ongoing growth story. You will lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar, utilizing data-driven insights to inform your strategies. Your expertise in webinars and digital events will be crucial as you advise on best practices, benchmark against industry standards, and run test-and-learn initiatives. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to source speakers, manage key deliverables, and ensure timely content creation. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of programs, including promotion and optimization, while proactively planning for multiple live or on-demand webinars each quarter. Your role will also involve moderating webinars, cultivating feedback loops, and providing regular program analysis to enhance our strategies and inform stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a webinar and digital events subject matter expert, advising on best practices and running test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison across internal and external teams to source speakers and manage project deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, including promotion and optimization.
  • Proactively plan for 12 - 15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter and support post-event activation.
  • Evolve the webinar program strategy to support an optimum mix of channel content.
  • Moderate webinars/demos, facilitating audience engagement and enhancing your digital presence.
  • Cultivate a feedback loop by sharing post-event reporting and creating follow-on messaging.
  • Conduct regular program analysis and briefings, presenting pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Own on-demand publishing across owned and paid resources, driving long-tail engagement.
  • Manage content syndication channels, including lead capture and flow requirements.
  • Establish processes and procedures to facilitate cross-functional work and accelerate program delivery.
  • Support additional digital marketing deliverables as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 12 months managing webinar and/or demo programs.
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation.
  • Confidence in publicly representing Cribl at a high level.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, passionate about technology and startups.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and resourceful to tackle hard questions amidst ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.
