About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Ria is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition for the company's mobile app and web platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, maximize user acquisition, and improve conversion rates, all while staying updated on industry trends and managing budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute mobile user acquisition strategies across various digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end mobile user acquisition and digital campaigns, including agency briefing and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data analysts to optimize app store listings and user onboarding experiences.
  • Coordinate creative asset production with the internal creative team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the mobile user acquisition budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on mobile user acquisition.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling mobile user acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO) and mobile marketing channels.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and using insights for campaign optimizations.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
