About the position

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager in Syracuse, New York. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing strategies in the tech industry, with a focus on event and partner marketing. You will also have a strong background in agency account management, with significant experience with HubSpot. In this role, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies using analytics and performance reports to ensure that our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with our business goals. You will manage content across various digital platforms using a Content Management System (CMS) and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain customer relationships and drive marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing and optimizing advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Insights. You will manage and analyze our database to improve marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement. Additionally, you will create and manage blogs to enhance brand awareness and promote our products or services. Planning and executing marketing campaigns to reach our target audience and achieve business goals will be a critical part of your role. You will utilize HubSpot for inbound marketing strategies, including email campaigns and SEO, and monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns. Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies will be essential to keep us ahead of the competition.

Requirements
