About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Semper Laser LLC is responsible for leading the company's digital media and marketing campaign efforts. This role focuses on creatively managing various online marketing tools and coordinating with internal teams to enhance brand awareness and engagement through social media and advertising. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and seeks growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of multiple digital marketing program initiatives.
• Creating and managing social media posting on all platforms and advertising campaigns.
• Managing all PPC and Google Adwords Campaigns, as well as tracking results and ROI.
• Manage Google Analytics properties.
• Provides general support for internal stakeholders for digital marketing needs.
• Assist in creating basic assets, content, and messaging for digital (ad copy, landing page creation, SMS marketing, email marketing, content marketing strategies).
• Responsible for SEO improvement and implementing best practices in the SEO space.
• Conducts ongoing ad-hoc analysis of marketing performance and web metrics analysis.
• Responsible for online performance management & optimizations through tracking, KPIs and tangible support data.

Requirements

• Relevant marketing experience covering online, social media (Facebook, Snapchat), search, email marketing, SMS marketing, performance media, analytics on key digital metrics.
• Experience with inbound digital marketing strategies, paid search, paid social media & email marketing.
• Experience creating and managing advertising campaigns inside of the ad platforms.
• Experience managing PPC and Google Adwords Campaigns, as well as tracking results and ROI through Google Analytics.
• Managing Hubspot lead nurturing.
• Web design and light pixel programming skills preferred.
• Digital agency experience preferred but not required.
• Health & Beauty industry experience a plus.
