About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy of the organization, focusing on omnichannel marketing execution, including email marketing, content strategy, SEO, and performance analytics. This role involves managing HubSpot as the primary CRM and marketing communications platform, developing digital content strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HubSpot as the organization's CRM and serve as the CRM administrator.
  • Design and implement results-driven email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Develop and manage automated email workflows to nurture growth and customer retention.
  • Conduct content and SEO audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize website content and monitor SEO performance for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide marketing team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content strategy, email marketing, SEO, and HubSpot administration.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital content campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email automation best practices and experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Bright Edge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
