About the position

ShuBee is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across traditional and digital platforms. This role focuses on shaping and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales through collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the industrial service industry and a data-driven approach to marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Brief and manage content usage for ShuBee's digital and traditional communication platforms
  • Conduct in-depth research on consumer behavior and trends, integrating insights into impactful digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate as a Servant Leader of being a brand steward, building and implementing brand architecture and driving brand value across all consumer channels
  • Work across the business units with all key functions Sales, Sourcing, Finance, HR, Creative as well as centralized support teams to drive profitable sales
  • Understand the consumer target and journey
  • Deliver effective and persuasive communication at key moments of truth to drive purchase intent and appeal
  • Coordinate efforts for the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns
  • Leverage eComm and Direct to Consumer data to improve omnichannel performance
  • Generate detailed reports and performance analytics on marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as ROI and KPIs
  • Stay informed on the latest digital media trends, applying relevant updates to enhance ShuBee's marketing initiatives
  • Deliver revenue and profit targets by delivery of key business initiatives on time and in full
  • Conduct analysis regularly to understand why business lines are delivering or under delivering, while providing recommendations to improve growth
  • Leverage analytics on share of digital shelf to inform product pipeline and build future portfolio that drives product growth, grows margin and improves in market assortment
  • Identify top selling eCommerce items and partner with sales team to create plans that invest in retailer media and affiliate marketing to grow market share
  • Lead monthly SKU Health Check process to ensure deletions occur and manage new SKU creation to stay within target and conducting digital shelf checks quarterly
  • Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows
  • Calculate the ROI of events, advertising and projects; Leverage data and an ROI mindset to select projects
  • Analyze promotional events/tradeshows and promotional plan; Partner with sales to recommend enhancements to the promotional plan
  • Study key competitors to identify the competition's price and promotion strategy
  • Partner with finance to deliver accurate product forecasts; Leverage finance for decision support to ensure choices consider the full impact
  • Develop annual brand marketing budget and support in driving the business plan
  • Author creative briefs for traditional and digital marketing deliverables while partnering with Creative Manager to ensure tone of voice and is visually on brand
  • Participate in the creative strategy development process
  • Be a people leader, train, coach and mentor direct reports

Requirements

  • A four-year college degree in marketing, digital marketing or similar; MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience required; digital marketing experience strongly preferred; 3 years minimum of managing teams
  • Prior experience in CPG (Consumer Products) is a MUST!
  • Classical brand builder with strong digital marketing skills (DTC, eCommerce, Retailer Media Networks)
  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services
  • Digitally savvy with strong creativity, innovation, and knowledge of current digital trends
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, and media buying
  • Proficient in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft CRM and SEMRush, or similar)
  • Strong project management, leadership, and collaboration skills across departments
  • Experience optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and running A/B tests and multivariate experiments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumer metrics, measure data, and forecast returns
