About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Anzu Partners is responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive demand generation for both the firm and its portfolio companies. This role combines analytical and creative skills to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to grow awareness and generate demand through organic and paid digital marketing channels.
  • Create marketing plans that deliver exceptional results and meet business goals.
  • Develop and deploy marketing campaigns across platforms - web, social, paid platforms, e-mail, events, webinars, and more.
  • Bring creativity to all campaigns and data-driven insights.
  • Ideate on creative assets and coordinate with external design resources as required.
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage performance and optimization of digital channels, including website, social, and e-mail marketing.
  • Manage social media publishing and growth strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize performance across digital channels.
  • Develop content roadmap and define distribution strategy in partnership with the Content Manager.
  • Define and manage KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Deliver impactful projects on time and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Bring a highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to all tasks.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders, including executives, agencies, contractors, and subject matter experts.
  • Evaluate digital channel and campaign performance to drive continuous improvements.
  • Manage marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot, WordPress) and tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Lead efforts to test and implement new technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years work experience in digital marketing, with a proven track-record leading programs that deliver results across channels.
  • Portfolio of creative campaign work.
  • In-depth experience working with marketing tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and WordPress.
  • Ability to work effectively both on teams as well as be self-motivated, task-oriented, and organized.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at managing feedback.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $90.6K - $115K per year.
