As a Digital Marketing Manager at Evolv Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall digital marketing strategy, focusing on both paid and organic channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This position is ideal for a data-driven individual with a strong background in digital marketing and demand generation, who is ready to take ownership of the marketing strategy and make a significant impact on the company's growth. You will be part of the Brand and Communications team, where your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage a digital media strategy aimed at increasing traffic acquisition and enhancing brand awareness. In your first month, you will participate in EvolvED, the new hire orientation, to familiarize yourself with the company culture, processes, and expectations. You will also meet with team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and our digital agency to establish a foundation for future collaboration. Analyzing past and current campaigns will be crucial in forming strategies to attract and convert new accounts. Within the first 3 to 6 months, you will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive paid and SEO strategy targeting key verticals through various channels, including paid advertising and SEM. Regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads acquired, accounts engaged, and conversion rates will be essential. You will also support the Campaigns Manager and Field Marketing team in achieving lead generation and account engagement goals, as well as assist the Brand team in managing and analyzing the corporate website. By the end of your first year, you will have developed proven playbooks for engaging and converting new accounts across targeted lists and key verticals. Continuous testing and analysis of campaign effectiveness will be part of your responsibilities, along with managing and reporting on budget and return on investment (ROI). This role requires a strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing strategies, excellent reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
