The Digital Marketing Manager at Level Eight LLC is responsible for driving engaging digital campaigns and optimizing customer interactions through the use of AI tools and automation. This role focuses on content creation, social media marketing, and managing various digital channels to enhance the brand's presence in the real estate market. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and skilled in campaign automation, contributing to a fun and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop video content and serve as the team's social media "Hype Person" to create engaging video content featuring agents and team atmosphere.
  • Utilize AI tools to create, manage, and optimize video content for campaigns, focusing on real estate trends, listings, and market updates.
  • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies, leveraging AI insights to enhance content relevancy and audience targeting.
  • Create scalable campaign assets that can be adapted for multiple clients and platforms.
  • Design and implement automation strategies for email marketing and database content distribution, ensuring seamless workflows.
  • Replicate successful digital campaigns across multiple clients with an emphasis on AI-enabled tools for efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement Chatbot feature on website entities and continuously analyze chatbot interactions for optimization, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Oversee YouTube channel management, including video production, optimization, and audience engagement.
  • Create and optimize Google Ads and Local Services Ads campaigns for lead generation and increased reach.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust ad performance, ensuring budget efficiency and high ROI.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital content creation and social media marketing.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools for digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in video production and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
