As the Digital Marketing Manager at Mystic Lake Casino, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy across various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media. Your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics will be crucial as you help architect the evolution of our digital marketing capabilities. You will work closely with the digital strategy and web development teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are not only effective but also resonate with our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital marketing strategy for the SMSC Gaming Enterprise.
  • Lead the digital marketing team and provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the management of a digital portfolio of website application properties.
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and present key findings to inform future marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their marketing needs and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Proven success in managing a digital portfolio and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience with automated communication journeys and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a digital marketing team in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and apply findings to future marketing programs.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe CDP/AEP is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred.
