We are on the lookout for a digital & demand generation specialist who will take charge of the strategy and execution of webinars, content syndication, and other digital initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement with potential customers. This role is crucial in helping customers understand their challenges, discover solutions, and fully leverage Cribl's products. In this position, you will be an integral part of the Revenue Marketing team, responsible for planning and delivering engaging digital experiences throughout the customer journey. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, pipeline growth, and overall business success. You will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive webinar and demo calendar, utilizing data-driven insights to inform your strategies. Your expertise in webinars and digital events will guide best practices and influence our content strategy, ensuring a compelling roadmap of activities that drive engagement and product interest. You will collaborate with various internal and external teams to source speakers, manage project timelines, and facilitate content creation. Your role will also involve managing the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, including promotional efforts and optimizations. You will proactively plan for multiple live or on-demand webinars each quarter and support post-event activities to maximize engagement across various channels. Additionally, you will moderate webinars, cultivate feedback loops, and provide regular program analysis to inform future strategies. Your contributions will help establish processes that enhance cross-functional collaboration and accelerate program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on webinars and digital events, advising on best practices and benchmarking.
  • Project manage key deliverables and facilitate content creation in line with project timelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, including promotional efforts.
  • Proactively plan for 12 - 15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter and support post-event activation.
  • Evolve the webinar program strategy to support an optimum mix of channel content.
  • Moderate webinars/demos, facilitating audience engagement and speaker interactions.
  • Cultivate a feedback loop by sharing post-event reporting and creating follow-on messaging.
  • Conduct regular program analysis and briefings, presenting pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Own on-demand publishing across owned and paid resources, driving long-tail engagement.
  • Manage content syndication channels, including lead capture and flow requirements.
  • Establish processes to facilitate cross-functional work and accelerate program delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 12 months managing webinar and/or demo programs.
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation.
  • Confidence in publicly representing Cribl at a high level.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, passionate about technology and startups.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and resourceful to tackle hard questions amidst ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.
