About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Legend Footwear is responsible for leading the company's digital marketing strategy, focusing on various channels such as paid search, email marketing, and SEO. This role requires a proven track record in scaling digital media efforts and reporting metrics to leadership, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with company goals and drive online traffic to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the website, including overall SEO strategy.
  • Track and analyze conversion rates and overall website performance, developing plans to optimize over time.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns through various channels including web, mobile, SEO, pay-per-click, and email.
  • Define the process for creating, editing, and delivering high-impact content campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Collaborate with key business partners in marketing and across the organization on campaigns that increase brand awareness and revenue.
  • Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of online platforms in collaboration with marketing and other teams.
  • Evaluate competitors and research new technologies and website enhancements for a best-in-class digital experience.
  • Focus on website performance, insights, and opportunities that drive toward company goals and key performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with best practices for digital marketing and equip with necessary tools for online marketing.
  • Manage campaign budgets and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience managing digital marketing programs.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing technologies and best practices for optimization.
  • At least three years of experience in content development and web writing, editing, and publishing.
  • Experience managing digital experiences across platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive performance and focus on key performance indicators to meet company objectives.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience tracking campaigns from an analytics perspective.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent field required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 app suite.
  • Able and willing to go to extreme measures to achieve the best outcome for projects.
  • Thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Keen interest in working with current digital marketing technologies and adaptability to different software.
