About the position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. This position will work in a hybrid environment, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our brand objectives. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns effectively. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital media advertising strategies aimed at elevating brand awareness and generating targeted leads. This includes creating and executing effective digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, managing ads, targeting audiences, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment. The role also involves analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and maintain the current social media strategy across all school accounts, ensuring that we stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. The candidate will help identify and explore new marketing channels and opportunities to further our mission of delivering quality education to families.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media advertising strategies to elevate brand awareness and generate targeted leads.
  • Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, including creating and managing ads, targeting audiences, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee and maintain current social media strategy across all school accounts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and help identify and explore new marketing channels and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
  • Experience with Meta and Google Ads, including creating and managing campaigns, targeting audiences, and analyzing performance data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills with a passion for storytelling.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand skill set.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to complete projects on time.
  • Great team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work with other departments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Supermetrics, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
