About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at ANTA is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, particularly in paid media and website management. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and to stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to increase engagement, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring seamless user experiences, optimized product display pages, and effective content strategies to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Lead and implement email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, automation, and performance optimization to drive retention.
  • Optimize paid media creatives, leveraging A/B testing and data analysis to enhance creative performance and ROAS efficiency.
  • Prioritize growth marketing strategies, utilizing experimentation to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with business goals and brand consistency.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and retention, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously driving innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media management and website optimization.
  • Strong background in growth marketing, with a proven ability to drive retention and maximize customer lifetime value through experimentation and optimization.
  • Technical proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and website optimization, with experience in managing product pages and customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the sportswear industry or a passion for athletics is a plus.
