About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for website optimization, SEO, and social media marketing. This role is crucial for enhancing brand perception and driving pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their digital marketing expertise to implement best practices across various channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the current state of digital marketing and create a plan to enhance brand perception and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Own website personalization and optimization, collaborating with content marketing and design teams.
  • Work with the VP of NA Marketing to ensure campaigns align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute digital account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key accounts using the Influ2 platform.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution, focusing on enhancing the LinkedIn brand presence.
  • Collaborate with content marketers and designers to maintain a consistent voice and visual design across platforms.
  • Analyze and report on performance across all digital marketing channels.
  • Track pipeline and attribution for all digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience strategizing and implementing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience running high-performing campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Strong eye for compelling visual design.
  • Ability to drive consistent and cohesive campaigns and messaging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in SaaS or SaaS services, particularly in a B2B environment targeting commercial-sized organizations.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Influ2, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in graphic design.
