About the position

Westfield Specialty is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and identify new marketing opportunities. This role involves managing all digital marketing and SEO-related activities, utilizing digital assets to create effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing conversion rates and ROI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate innovative thinking, a focus on customer experience, and a proactive approach to digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content, including email marketing campaigns, website updates, and social media management, predominantly on LinkedIn.
  • Create and manage content for Westfield Specialty's social media, emails, and other digital communications.
  • Collaborate with a team of marketers and stakeholders to maintain Westfield Specialty's digital presence.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess campaign performance.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar for targeted content delivery.
  • Update global, externally-facing content on web pages and the internal intranet platform.
  • Optimize global initiatives and campaigns through omnichannel marketing.
  • Research and implement new marketing strategies, including testing new digital channels and tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and integrate them into marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analytics on content performance and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in digital marketing or a related field required.
  • Experience managing Marketing Automation Tools (like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Watson, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required; financial services or insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Experience managing all digital marketing and SEO-related activities, including link building, content strategy, and keyword usage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Experience in setting successful digital marketing strategy goals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver according to service level agreements.
  • Experience in maintaining a global evergreen library of content for social media.
  • Experience in scaling social media strategy across platforms.
  • Experience in setting and achieving employee advocacy strategies in a B2B space.

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Detail-oriented, outcome-oriented, organized self-starter who thrives in a distributed team environment.
  • Incredible writing and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills as the role requires.
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing in the B2B space, including advertising and employee advocacy.
  • Oktopost experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva is a plus.
