About the position
The Digital Marketing Manager at Simplus is responsible for managing the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, and social media marketing. This role aims to enhance brand perception and drive pipeline growth through effective digital marketing practices. The manager will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and will report directly to the VP of North American Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess the current state of digital marketing and create a plan to enhance brand perception and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Own website personalization and optimization, collaborating with content marketing and design teams.
- Develop and execute digital Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key accounts using the Influ2 platform.
- Manage social media strategy and execution, focusing on enhancing the LinkedIn brand presence.
- Conduct analysis and reporting across all digital marketing channels.
- Track pipeline and attribution for all digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience strategizing and implementing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience running high-performing campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Strong visual design skills and an eye for compelling design.
- Ability to drive consistent and cohesive campaigns and messaging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in SaaS or SaaS services, particularly in a B2B environment targeting commercial-sized organizations.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Influ2, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Experience in graphic design.
