About the position

We are a dynamic group of B2B industrial equipment companies with a global presence. Our products serve a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, and engineering. We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, manage our global team, and provide technical direction as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple companies. You will lead and manage a global team of digital marketers, content creators, SEO specialists, and developers. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will also provide technical direction when necessary, ensuring that all marketing campaigns and initiatives are aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility for all companies within the group.
  • Lead and manage a global team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and project management across different time zones.
  • Provide guidance on technical aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, website optimization, analytics, and more.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports SEO and lead generation goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact activities.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and industrial equipment is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Proven experience managing and leading remote teams, with the ability to motivate and develop team members across different locations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
