About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive app downloads. This role involves leveraging marketing automation tools, optimizing digital campaigns, and ensuring compliance with marketing regulations. The position requires strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform marketing strategies, as well as collaboration with various teams to maintain effective email journeys and improve local search performance.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage marketing automation tools to create customer segments and execute email, push, and SMS campaigns.
  • Use A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and timing for better engagement.
  • Create responsive and visually appealing email templates using HTML and CSS, ensuring compatibility across various email clients.
  • Collaborate with email marketing leader on maintenance of email journeys.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta tags, headings, and alt attributes for images.
  • Analyze customer digital engagement, purchase patterns, and feedback using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Manage UTM creation and optimize Google Business profiles for NAP consistency.
  • Monitor local search performance and adjust tactics to improve rankings and drive foot traffic.
  • Assist in migrating data between marketing systems and external advertising agencies.
  • Support in setting up and executing campaigns across integrated platforms.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote the app across digital channels.
  • Analyze user acquisition metrics and engagement data to optimize user onboarding processes and enhance retention rates.
  • Ensure compliance with email and SMS marketing regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience, including internships.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation.
  • Demonstrated success in driving app downloads and user engagement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
