About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Maven Torch is responsible for driving marketing initiatives to accelerate the company's growth. This role requires a blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making, focusing on B2B and DTC marketing strategies. The manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, aiming to enhance lead generation, brand awareness, and sales through distribution partners and direct channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to grow relationships with distributors and generate demand among end consumers.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and manage Google Analytics to track website performance and analyze user behavior.
  • Utilize Klaviyo to build and manage email marketing campaigns for targeted communication with distributors and consumers.
  • Maintain and update the Shopify store, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and aligned with ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Develop and oversee social media content using Later.com, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney to enhance marketing automation and streamline content production.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and track distributor engagement through Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving successful campaigns in both B2B and DTC markets.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for email marketing and Shopify for e-commerce management.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (Later.com or similar) and best practices for content creation.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney) for content creation and process automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Klaviyo (3 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with Figma (3 years required)
