About the position

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Gables Residential Services, you will lead the marketing team in developing and executing social media strategies, managing creative agency relationships, and overseeing marketing efforts for specific regions. This role emphasizes creativity, community engagement, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance brand presence and drive traffic to properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily social media presence and update external social sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Drive engagement and organic growth across social media communities with valuable content.
• Leverage software to improve customer experience.
• Act as the lead for managing creative and branding agency relationships.
• Oversee the company's Paws to Care program and digital asset management.
• Seek advertising opportunities on a regional basis to promote Gables.
• Maintain and uphold the Gables Brand Standards Guidelines.
• Manage and support lease-up efforts in specific markets as a regional marketing expert.
• Collaborate with management to maximize traffic opportunities and ensure marketing standards are followed.
• Assist with 3rd party RFP new business presentations as needed.
• Work with the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience on written communications.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in the apartment management industry preferred.
• Experience with the Adobe creative suite preferred.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
