About the position

FiberFirst is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing marketing campaigns across various channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a proven track record in executing successful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, incorporating digital, social, print, and local advertising to promote telecom products and services.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing to drive traffic and engagement, while developing customer acquisition strategies through paid and organic methods.
  • Lead the management and enhancement of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for new product launches to ensure successful market penetration, while managing brand positioning and messaging across all platforms to maintain a consistent, positive image.
  • Promote and execute outstanding local events to generate awareness and interest.
  • Develop customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, personalized communication, and offers to reduce churn and enhance customer relationships.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, and manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and resource allocation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to optimize strategies, measure ROI, and report on KPIs.
  • Support PR efforts, including media relations and partnerships with community organizations and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and engage with local communities.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of branded merchandise to promote customer loyalty and company visibility.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure cohesive and visually impactful marketing materials that align with the brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of diverse Marketing experience (Telecommunications experience is a plus).
  • Graphic design experience, including Adobe Suite and Canva is a plus.
  • Google Ads experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, marketing, and project management tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Telecommunications experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva for graphic design.
