Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage and optimize content on Content Management System (CMS)
- Utilize CRM to understand customer behavior and tailor digital marketing efforts accordingly
- Use Facebook Insights for analyzing the success of social media campaigns and modify strategies as needed
- Implement and monitor Google Ad campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Create compelling advertisements to attract potential customers
- Track and analyze website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools
- Plan and execute campaigns to target specific audience segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Must possess strong proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Proven experience with Facebook Insights necessary for effective social media marketing
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ad platform for effective advertisement planning and execution
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through various digital marketing strategies
- Previous experience in campaign planning and execution
- Insurance industry experience, specifically health insurance, would be highly beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
