About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Butcher Bar will play a crucial role in promoting the restaurant group's brand and coordinating marketing strategies across multiple locations. This position involves managing social media, email marketing, and outside advertising while collaborating with restaurant managers to ensure brand consistency and effective customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts with daily postings and updates.
  • Oversee restaurant websites and ensure they are up-to-date and engaging.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and blasts.
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers to create and promote nightly events, specials, and parties.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, both positive and negative.
  • Work with the Director of Operations and Events Coordinator to plan and market new business initiatives.
  • Optimize restaurant visibility on search engines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or nightclub promotions.
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Experience in food and beverage marketing is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple websites and social media accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in event marketing and promotions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
