About the position

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to work from home at our fun, fast-paced Las Vegas Digital Marketing Agency. The Manager will manage a portfolio of digital marketing client accounts, build rapport and maintain relationships with existing clients, monitor and communicate campaign progress back to clients, and facilitate the transfer of client information and requests to respective digital team members. This role requires a self-motivated individual who demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills. On a daily basis, the Manager will call clients within their digital marketing portfolio to build rapport and communicate campaign performance. They will review and analyze clients' campaigns for areas of improvement, correspond with clients via email, strategize ways to improve campaign performance with internal teams, create and update client accounts, contacts, and communication in the CRM system, and coordinate fulfillment of campaign requirements and changes with other respective departments. Staying current on the latest digital marketing trends and changes is also a key responsibility of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of digital marketing client accounts.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor and communicate campaign progress back to clients.
  • Facilitate the transfer of client information and requests to respective digital team members.
  • Call clients within their digital marketing portfolio to build rapport and communicate campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of account management or direct customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years in an office environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with strong time management skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of digital marketing account management or digital marketing customer service experience.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO and PPC.
  • Understanding of Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics.
  • Interest in continuous education and improvement.
  • Knowledge of current SEO techniques.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile (Google My Business) and Google Search Console.
