About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Eastern Bank is responsible for leading the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy across various business lines. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through a data-driven approach across paid and owned channels. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet specific goals while optimizing performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Translate overall Brand and Product strategy into a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across both paid and owned channels.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet specific goals within targeted budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop digital creative assets and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and nurturing to drive acquisition of qualified leads.
  • Establish frameworks for measurement of digital channels performance and leverage analytics for optimization.
  • Track and report performance to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of new digital trends and conduct competitive landscape scans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience across multiple digital marketing channels including Social, Display, Search, Web, Email.
  • Proven experience in SEO/SEM best practices and partnership with data/analytics teams.
  • Experience with B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM), SalesForce CRM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Deep experience with Hubspot, ideally as an administrator.
  • Confident with SQL and understanding of digital KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing and Financial services or FinTech is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile working methodologies.
