About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at ELIA Group is responsible for driving the brand's success through innovative digital strategies and campaigns. This role involves optimizing the company's website for search engines, managing paid media campaigns, and ensuring engaging website content that aligns with marketing goals. The manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a key role in enhancing online visibility and engagement for the company's real estate and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and bookings.
• Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimizing for maximum ROI.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Oversee all websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, optimized for search engines, and regularly updated with fresh content.
• Identify and manage digital partnerships and collaborations with influencers and travel websites.
• Track and report on KPIs and marketing metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on F&B, events, or entertainment marketing.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies relevant to the F&B industry.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in designing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in developing strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
