About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Pexco LLC is a dynamic, data-driven role responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing programs across four business units. This position requires strategic thinking, project management skills, and a passion for data and analytics, with a focus on collaboration with business partners and sales leaders to achieve marketing and demand generation goals. The role is hybrid, based in Johns Creek, GA, and reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage search (SEO, SEM), email (Pardot), and social (LinkedIn, YouTube) digital marketing programs either directly or through existing agencies.
  • Design and execute Pardot segmentation, email templates, and core campaigns (e.g. recycle, re-engage, and drip nurtures).
  • Manage implementation and schedule of product/business unit email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular campaign reporting.
  • Develop and maintain visual dashboards that monitor campaign performance to guide the team towards achieving business objectives.
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes, transforming both quantitative and qualitative data into practical suggestions for enhancing marketing campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and agency partners to conduct market research and competitive analysis and define personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Work with Salesforce to determine the business and technology requirements for digital programming and recommend the right solution.
  • Work with an implementation partner to refresh existing marketing automation infrastructure or upgrade/migrate if necessary.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing required, with a focus on the manufacturing or industrial sector preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Pardot, HootSuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
  • A strong understanding or keen interest in learning WordPress, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

  • Experience in B2B marketing required.
  • An enthusiasm to learn about the plastic extrusion industry and various resins.
