This position is responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance employer branding. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of our online marketing efforts, including SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness and generating leads. You will design, manage, and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Identifying trends and insights will be crucial, as you will optimize spend and performance based on these insights. You will brainstorm new and creative growth strategies while managing and optimizing our website and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Additionally, you will oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, and remarketing. Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics will be essential to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, allowing you to make data-driven decisions. Collaboration with internal teams to create engaging and relevant content for our target audience will be a key part of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing will help you apply innovative strategies for better results. You will also optimize and improve the company's presence in Google/Yelp reviews and capture footage of social/company events for marketing purposes. Conducting analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and reporting key findings to stakeholders will round out your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role
  • Experience in multi-unit setting (preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, Google Calendar or equivalents
  • Ability to conduct internet research
  • Proficient in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and similar platforms that drive customer and talent engagement
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing and optimizing websites and landing pages
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and strategies
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Willingness to travel to the facilities as needed
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram)
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
