About the position

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Crane, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across all digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to lead efforts to revamp and maintain the company website, ensuring it provides a user-friendly interface and optimal user experience (UI/UX). You will oversee and execute marketing initiatives through CRM platforms, particularly focusing on Dynamics 365, to ensure personalized and effective communication with prospects and clients. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and managing email marketing campaigns, which will include customer segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis to optimize engagement and conversion rates. You will plan, manage, and oversee digital marketing campaigns from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Utilizing data analytics tools, you will track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives. Establishing and monitoring KPIs for all digital marketing activities will be crucial to ensure that campaigns meet or exceed performance goals. You will work closely with other departments, including sales and product teams, to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business objectives. Your expertise in the logistics industry will be leveraged to develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to effectively target key audiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience leading a digital marketing team.
  • Proven experience revamping a company website with a focus on UI/UX design.
  • Experience in marketing using CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign management.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable.
