As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to lead our marketing and sales efforts. This role will combine the responsibilities of a Marketing & Sales Leader with those of a Digital Marketing Manager, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our brand and drive our growth. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance brand awareness. You will lead digital marketing initiatives to support local business launches and ongoing growth, executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing. Your role will also involve managing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns, including Meta ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, to drive traffic and boost conversions. Performance analysis will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will monitor and analyze the effectiveness of HubSpot campaigns, report on key metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI. Additionally, you will develop and execute SMS/email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates, manage the company's website to ensure it is optimized for user experience and search engines, and direct local SEO efforts. Collaboration with sales, finance, and operations teams will be essential to maintain consistency in branding and customer experience. Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies will be crucial, as you will recommend their implementation to enhance our marketing efforts. Most importantly, you should be ready and able to build and manage a hybrid marketing team.
