About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at CSC ServiceWorks is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance data to refine strategies. This role focuses on building and managing data-driven programs that generate leads and enhance client experiences through various online channels, including marketing automation, SEO, and social/PPC ads. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and outside agencies to improve the company's digital presence and support various lines of business.

Responsibilities

  • Build, monitor, and analyze marketing campaigns, optimizing budget utilization for paid search, display, and social media advertising.
  • Manage outside agencies and vendor partners responsible for web development, paid media, SEO, and other marketing activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client journeys and contribute to building and refining marketing automation within a CRM platform.
  • Assist in developing an e-commerce platform and loyalty program to drive consumer engagement.
  • Uncover customer insights and report on site and page-level data through Google Analytics, recommending strategy improvements.
  • Report on KPIs for management and client partners to ensure maximum ROI of digital channels and marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints using strong analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Create and deliver emails and other communications to various stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations to marketing leadership for new tools and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing/Marketing Analytics, either in corporate or agency settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) or similar Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, display, retargeting, social media, paid search, and email marketing.
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ad Manager.
  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms or managing loyalty programs.
  • Ability to oversee external agency relationships and present analysis to leadership.

Nice-to-haves
