About the position

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with over 5 years of experience to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. This role focuses on website optimization, SEO, and both paid and organic social media efforts. The successful candidate will enhance our brand perception and drive pipeline growth, working closely with the VP of NA Marketing and other teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the current state of digital marketing and create a plan to enhance brand perception and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Own website personalization and optimization, collaborating with content marketing and design teams.
  • Work with the VP of NA Marketing to ensure campaigns align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute digital account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key accounts using the Influ2 platform.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution, focusing on enhancing our LinkedIn presence.
  • Collaborate with content marketers and designers to maintain a consistent voice and visual design across platforms.
  • Analyze and report on performance across all digital marketing channels.
  • Track pipeline and attribution for all digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience strategizing and implementing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to run high-performing campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Strong visual design skills and an eye for compelling design.
  • Experience in driving consistent and cohesive campaigns and messaging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SaaS or SaaS services, particularly in a B2B environment targeting commercial-sized organizations.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Influ2, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in graphic design.
