About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Bare Home will lead digital advertising initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand visibility. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive digital advertising strategies across various platforms, with a focus on eCommerce success. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a leadership mindset to mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic digital advertising strategies aligned with company goals to drive measurable growth in sales, profitability, and brand visibility.
  • Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across Amazon, Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Lead PPC, display ads, email, SMS, and social media ad campaigns to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV) to derive actionable insights and drive strategic improvements.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee and allocate the digital advertising budget effectively, maximizing ROAS and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and make data-driven adjustments to meet financial targets.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B tests to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad content that enhances brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with data, analytics, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand evolving consumer behavior.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
