About the position

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager at Freedom Motors USA is responsible for expanding and enhancing the company's digital marketing presence, with a strong focus on social media management. This role aims to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth through creative marketing strategies and effective engagement with the audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute marketing content strategies leveraging digital marketing, paid & organic, eCommerce & social media channels.
  • Develop and manage the social media calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Actively monitor and engage the audience across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Administration regarding campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Analytics, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with website builds and graphic design would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take on greater challenges with a proactive & results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, time-management skills, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze & interpret data.
