About the position

As the Digital Marketing Manager, Top of Funnel (TOF), you will lead efforts to expand the brand's reach and engage new audiences through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance digital capabilities, manage advertising budgets, and develop content strategies that align with company objectives. You will also oversee social media management and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, present, and implement TOF digital advertising strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across core focus areas in digital marketing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in TOF digital marketing and build a capability roadmap.
  • Manage TOF advertising budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for organic social media channels.
  • Establish and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with various teams to bring TOF consumer-focused campaigns to life.
  • Align with legal processes for content approval.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in paid media, social media, and influencer management.
  • Minimum 2 years working as a strategic lead with digital agency exposure.
  • Proven track record of connecting content strategies to financial business results.
  • Deep understanding of running digital marketing campaigns on social media and paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance short-term and long-term priorities.
  • Experience presenting strategy and results to C-level teams.
