About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at RITALKA is responsible for overseeing the content creators and all marketing strategies, with a strong focus on technical marketing and SEO optimization. This role involves leading marketing efforts across all brands and locations, driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing the overall digital presence of the company. The manager will collaborate with various teams to implement comprehensive SEO strategies and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the content creators and their work, providing guidance and feedback to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and marketing objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and carry out comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied and optimize content for engagement.
  • Work with marketing and IT departments to optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page load speeds.
  • Ensure proper implementation of structured data, meta tags, and other on-page SEO elements.
  • Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on website performance, SEO metrics, and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends to ensure effective optimization efforts.
  • Manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute SEO strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and manage overall marketing strategies for multiple brands and recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or IT/web design with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, computer science, or a related degree.
  • Experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-brand digital strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and web development principles as they relate to SEO.
  • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
  • Experience with management and general marketing strategies, including content creation.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and attention to detail.
