About the position

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to lead digital marketing strategies and manage digital marketing activities across all business verticals. The role focuses on implementing marketing automation, paid advertising, retargeting, search engine optimization, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies to meet business goals. The individual will work closely with the Marketing Analyst to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance the company's online presence for lead generation and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategies across all business verticals.
  • Implement marketing automation and paid advertising strategies.
  • Manage content on swbc.com and related sites.
  • Execute marketing business objectives to convert online presence into lead generation.
  • Support marketing goals established by the VP of Corporate Marketing.
  • Advocate for the online consumer journey and resolve obstacles.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Team for cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate lead generation activities and optimize performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Support website updates and blog promotion based on business needs.
  • Drive optimization techniques for digital campaign performance.
  • Perform high-level analyses of campaign performance with the Marketing Analyst.
  • Oversee email marketing strategies to ensure brand cohesiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of marketing campaign experience, focusing on digital advertising and inbound marketing practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, including workflow and database marketing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and ADA compliance.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for accurate reporting.
