About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Clutch Group, Inc. is responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies for clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Serve as the primary digital marketing contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing and leading teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with content marketing and social media management.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of website development and optimization.
