About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with vendors and third-party marketing professionals to create effective strategies for SEO, social media, and web advertisements. The manager will work closely with the Creative Director to brainstorm campaign ideas, build schedules, delegate tasks, and measure campaign performance to ensure marketing goals are met and ROI is maximized. Reporting results to the leadership team is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendors and third-party marketing professionals in building and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strategies for publishing, displaying, SEO, social media, and web advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to brainstorm ideas for digital campaigns.
  • Build schedules for each element of the campaigns and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Review and measure campaign performance to ensure marketing goals are met.
  • Report and present campaign results to the leadership team.
  • Handle strategic online initiatives and lead marketing campaigns from idea to execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
  • Direct the hiring of marketing and promotions staff and supervise their work.
  • Negotiate advertising contracts and collaborate with other department heads on marketing strategies.
  • Work with finance staff to set and adhere to budgets.
  • Stay current with emerging opportunities in digital marketing.
  • Utilize digital strategies to promote brand events and activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
  • Five or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
  • Understanding of website metrics and best practices.
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot platform is desired.
